SMA/SMO - Account Manager

We are looking for a talented individual to grow acquisition and branding on social media

Job Description

Under the responsability of the Global Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible to pilot SMA campaigns on behalf of our customers, as well as helping them display the best possible image online.

Missions / Technical Skills

SMA

  • Plan the strategy
  • Create and monitor campaigns on all relevant platforms
  • Create the marketing materials used for the promotions
  • Produce weekly reportings and recommandations

SMO

  • Work in collaboration witch customer support team in order to handle reviews and comments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Promote our customers’ brands on social media
  • Produce / help produce relevant material on social media
  • Help grow communities on social media

Profile

Master’s degree

2-3 year experience in a similar position

Autonomous, easy to work with, driven by results
